This tutorial is how you add a fill to the text and animate it :3

This tutorial is demonstrated in Photoshop CS5. But is explained for Elements and Gimp when needed.
Step 1
+Write out the text you want in the font you want.
+I'm going to make on saying "Whoever you are, you ARE beautiful"
+Find a Glitter fill that you want to use.
Step 2
+Now duplicate that layer three times (or how ever many your glitter fill is)
Step 3
+Apply the glitter fill to each layer.
+Because it is a glitter fill you should have atleast three (usually) patterns to apply to the layers.
+So, make each layer a different pattern from the fill.
Step 4
+I like strokes so I also added one to each layer :3
Step 5
+Now take away the background layer (hide it)
Step 6
Photoshop CS users;
+Open your animation window and make a frame for each layer. (three layers means three frames)
+Make one layer visible on each frame. Hide the others.
+Change your frame delay until you like it. (I use no delay)
+To save your gif, go to file > Save for Web and Devices > Done
+Delete all the layers except for your three that have the glitter text on them
+If you have a watermark like mine then this is where you want to duplicate the water mark layer and merge it to each layer so that you ONLY have the glitter text layers
+To save your gif go to file > Save for Web > Click animate > Choose frame delay (10 being the fastest) > Ok
+Delete all the layers except for your three that have the glitter text on them
+If you have a watermark like mine then this is where you want to duplicate the water mark layer and merge it to each layer so that you ONLY have the glitter text layers
+To save your gif go to file > Save > Save it as a GIF > When the window pops up select save animation > export > deselect GIF comment > select Loop > choose your frame delay (i use no frame delay) > Choose REPLACE for disposal > check the two things at the bottom > Save
Step 7
Your all done! Upload it to your image server and see if you did it right and how you like it!
Good Luck! This was my final result;
